Thank you for your prayers! God is so good and faithful! I am so thankful He has given me meaningful work to do, and equipped me to do it. I am so thankful our Lord chooses to use the weak and foolish ones to bring Glory to himself. Praise Jesus!
I have been organizing and helping to teach trainings for those who wish to be better equipped to share the Gospel with, and disciple children. We use materials called “Super Seminars” that are put out by Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF). We are adding regular trainings to a second language group in a week and a half, as we continue with the first group. The third language group that I want to train is a bit far. So we are planning to do a five day training about once every six months with that language group, (the Karamojong) starting in January. That one will be a bit more challenging since I will be organizing it from afar. My co-teachers will also need to come from further. It’s going to require more food, and it will probably require lodging for the participants.
God has been giving me the opportunity I train teenagers how to evangelize and deciple children at Christian Youth In Action (CYIA). I have been privileged to help teach CYIA in several countries, and hope to continue to do so as the Lord leads. I recently helped with the 3rd ever CYIA in Rwanda. It was a blessing to rub shoulders with people who survived the genocide, and are thriving because of God’s grace and mercy.
*Praise the Lord that these trainings have been going well, and that they are making a difference in peoples lives.
*Please pray that God will use these trainings to equip his African saints to spread the gospel to many children in their language groups.
*Please pray that Sunday school teachers will be motivated and better equipped to evangelize and disciple children through these trainings.
*Please pray that God will use these trainings to raise up a full time CEF missionary to the Sabei children.
*Praise Jesus that we have not had any more trouble with warrior’s or venomous snakes.
*Praise the Lord for protection from serious illness.
*Please pray that I remain healthy, strong and safe. Please pray this also for those around me.
*Praise Jesus He has given me an African friend named Benna. She gas been helping me with the ministry God has entrusted me with, instead of using me for her own gain. She may even travel to America with me! The Lord has blessed her with enough money to travel, so you may get to meet her!
*Praise God for his goodness and mercy.
*Praise God for all he is doing here, and that I have the honor of being part of it.
*Praise Jesus I am expecting 2 precious grand babies!! I am very excited both Daniel and Samuel will soon be fathers!
I plan to be in Brookings Oregon March 24th through about June 18th, 2027. After which I plan to travel to Salem area to help with CYIA of Oregon. Then I plan to fly out of Medford or Portland back to Uganda.
